EEO management plans describe how the agency plans to ensure that the objects of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 will be achieved within the authority. Equity and diversity plan objectives Government departments and statutory authorities that employ more than 50 employees are also required to develop performance objectives for groups covered by the Equity and Diversity Plan for the Public Sector Workforce 2006–2009.
