The emphasis on all consultancy services offered by the Office of EEO is on how productively employing difference assists organisations to meet their objectives. Diversity is consistent with but broader than EEO. Whereas EEO is concerned with the needs of individuals, diversity focuses on the needs of the individual in the context of the organisation's key business outcomes.
